Hello, howdy, hola, namaste, I’m Hollie and right now, I am on a journey to become my best self! I know that’s a pretty hackneyed phrase - “becoming my best self” -  but listen, I used to be a very miserable human being. When I realized that it was time for me to get a grip on myself and my life, I dove headfirst into researching how to make that happen. With this blog, I would like to share with you the wisdom I have discovered on my journey to become a healthy, happy and fearless person.
